Robert Saydah

Robert Saydah is a CPA and a partner with Malesardi, Quackenbush, Swift & Co. Mr. Saydah specializes in individual and corporate taxation, business valuation and other small business consulting, estate planning and auditing. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Robert Saydah holds a Master of Business Administration and is licensed as a CPA both in NY and in NJ.

 

 

 

Matthew Capizzi, Esq.

Matthew Capizzi is a family law attorney located in Tenafly, New Jersey. Matthew has represented numerous clients in separation, child custody, post-judgment alimony and child support modifications and DYFS matters. Matthew’s clients appreciate his personal approach to gaining a thorough understanding of their situation and his compassionate yet strong approach to representing each client’s best interests.

 

Helen Dukhan, Esq.

Ms. Dukhan is the Founder and Owner of The Law Offices of Helen M. Dukhan, Esq., LL.M. She has a J.D. degree from New York Law School, as well as a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Hofstra School of Law.

Ms. Dukhan provides experienced Family and Matrimonial Law representation and services to individuals and families in the state of New York. She is a seasoned litigator, but strives to resolve all cases in an amicable fashion whenever possible. Ms. Dukhan handles complex, and often emotional family issues, including, but not limited to, divorce, custody, child and spousal support, orders of protection, neglect and abuse matters, as well as drafting settlement agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Ms. Dukhan, not only represents her clients efficiently and successfully, but she also guides them through the legal process with support and compassion.

Lastly, Ms. Dukhan has taught and mentored family and matrimonial law students at Hofstra School of Law, as well as provided countless hours of pro bono services to those individuals who cannot afford quality representation in the area of Family and Matrimonial Law.

 

Andrew Nargolwala, MSW, LCSW, MA

As co-founder of Advanced Psychotherapy & Healing Associates in Cresskill and Rutherford, New Jersey, Andrew has worked with a wide variety of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families.  He received his graduate training from New York University, and now provides field instruction and supervision for graduate students at NYU and Fordham, as well as private supervision.
